5 kW at what voltage? Not the fact that they will work fine. Power is not all the necessary characteristics for an answer, they are designed for some kind of rated voltage. If on 220V - then you need to connect with a star, and then yes, there will be 15 kW, if at 380 - a triangle, and the answer too - yes, it will.
